Early depart for Gafsa, the mining town of the south. Continue to Sbeitla, named after Supeitula, the first city established by ancient Rome in North Africa, before it was conquered by the Arabs in 647 AD. Continue to Kairouan. Short stop for picture taking at the basins of the Aghlabites, important hydraulic works that date from the 9th century AD. After lunch, visit the old Medina. Continue to Sousse, Hammamet or Tunis. Dinner and overnight.
